Unlock the ancient secrets of wellbeing and harmony with our Ayurvedic Nutrition and Wellbeing Gurukul Foundations class. The 3-hour session will be delivered by Dr. Nidhi Sharma and will include theory, demo, hands-on practical, and a yummy Ayurvedic meal.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient science and is a continuous study of four key components of life. The Body, the senses, the mind and the soul. Ayurveda has been around for 5,000 years and validated by modern day discoveries in physics and medicine. By adopting Ayurveda practices have knowledge and wisdom that can enable prevention of health issues (proactively), rather than practices that are based on treatment (reactive).
The "Ayurvedic Nutrition and Wellbeing" class is a 3-hour hands-on foundations session that follows the traditional Gurukul teaching style, focusing on Ayurvedic food principles.
