Mindfulness is not an escape from work.

It is the capacity to meet everyday demands with awareness and balance.

 

This 2-hour session creates space for small groups to pause, reflect and practise foundational techniques together.

This session is currently offered as a limited pilot at no cost for selected groups of 15–25 people.

Minimum 15 participants

Pilot sessions are limited and subject to availability. Suitable for intact groups of 15 or more participants.
