This World Laughter Day, step into a space where joy is not something to think about but something to experience.
Through laughter, rhythm and movement, this session is designed to help you let go of tension, reconnect with your body, and rediscover a sense of lightness that often gets lost in the pace of everyday life.
What to Expect
We begin gently with simple insights on how laughter impacts the body and mind. From there, the energy builds through guided group laughter and opens into a full movement experience led by Taal with Tiara.
Expect moments of shared laughter, uninhibited movement, and a sense of lightness that stays with you long after the session ends.
