In our fast-paced digital age of constant stimulation, perpetual connectivity, and burnout, this experience offers an oppurunity to learn 5000 year ancient wisdom to identify, influence and change your emotional and mental states.
Music in Minds is a cross-disciplinary creative 1-day event for adults, inspired by the 5,000 ancient Indian Gurukul system, integrating Music, Ayurveda, and other ancient wisdoms to foster holistic wellbeing.
